I hope everyone has had a great summer. The Stro indy tour is doing well. I have had some great matches with guys like Ron Garvin, Barry Horowitz, Ricky Morton, Jimmy Cicero, Toad, etc. It has been cool meeting all of the indy promoters and some guys that I haven't seen in a long time. I even have met some of the legends of the game like The Bushwackers, my old tag team partners Greg Valentine and Tommy Rich, Nikolia Volkoff, Ivan Koloff, etc. I have a lot more bookings coming up for the fall and winter. So if you see the Stro booked on a show near you or want to see the Stro in your hometown, let these promoters know and come on out to see me!

Some fans have asked me what I have been using lately for my finishing maneuver. Well even though I use various suplex's and submissions, I still use the infamous "Encore" submission hold(the same one that I used in WCW) which is a variation of Japan great Masahiro Chono's "STF" . This hold is executed when I lock in my opponents leg when he is on his stomach and then reach over and crossface the head. This hold puts three points of pressure on the body (neck, back, and leg). This submission hold has worked very well for me.

I have been training extremely hard in the gym as well as working out in my ring preparing for whatever lies ahead. I have bulked up to 245lbs and in the best shape of my life! It has been good hearing from my old WCW comrades like Crowbar, Hugh Morris, The Artist, Lenny Lane, etc. These guys are tremendous talents. My talks with WWF have been going ok. It has been kinda slow though due to the fact that they are a huge conglomerate company with many agendas. But I am going to give it my best shot for myself and all of you fans that have been there for me thru thick and thin.
