Thoughts In General
By Chris N.
(June 15, 2000)

Vampiro/Sting
First off I would like to give my thoughts on the 'New' WCW. Yeah I think it is better than it was. But, one thing I say is "Why did they have Vampiro turn on Sting". I was starting to like Vampiro as a favorite. But now with everything that has happened I don't like him that much. There are some die hard Vampiro fans out there. I know some and it doesn't bother me. But after all maybe it's better Vampiro turned on Sting. I mean, this has been one of the best fueds I have seen. That was until they got into the fire. I think WCW is crazy by having a Human Torch Match. I think it's going over the line. Sting was out two months ago. And they have everyone think he is injuried two months after coming back.

My question is, why is Sting the one always getting injuried? Out of all of the wrestlers being injuried or fake injuries I think Sting has the most fake injuries. I don't know if Sting asks for time off or not. If he does I would understand cause I know people need time off. But I haven't read anything about him wanting time off yet. Maybe WCW will learn someday. Since Sting is out, Demon takes his place. Wait.... a guy that wears black and white face paint like Sting starts to fued with Vampiro. Hmmmm, does this sound like maybe a formation of a new Tag Team? Maybe. I read that the person in the hood, that Vampiro was talking to might tag with Vampiro and maybe when Sting comes back him and Demon will become a team and fued with Vampiro and Christopher Daniels which is the guy in the hood. Well I think that would a pretty cool team cause Demon reminds me of Sting somehow. I do like Vampiro... some. But I'll say this. When Sting makes his return he needs to get even, and finish the Vampiro/Sting fued so he can go on and get the World Heavyweight Championship.

I'll always, be a Sting fan. Even if he's a heel. But I don't see that coming again. Why you say? Well I called in WCW Live the other day, and asked about that rumor. They said they don't see it happening. So I wouldn't believe any Sting heel turn rumors. All I have to say is I want this Sting/Vampiro fued to end cause I want Sting to get the World Title and keep it for awhile. Cause he always seems to get screwed out of that Title like on Nitro a few weeks ago. But Jarret payed for that by being whacked with his own guitar. That was one of the best parts of that Nitro I think.

Hollywood Hogan
I wonder if WCW will let him stay this for over a month. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't. Cause WCW can't make up their minds to me. Well I'm guessing Hogan will win the World Title once again. I guess since I hear he's coming close to quitting they could give him the belt, one last time. And I guess they should do that since how big the name Hogan is in wrestling. I use to not be the biggest Hogan fan, but when he turned Hollywood it kinda got me interested in him some, but I'm still not the biggest Hogan fan. It's like Flair, I'm not the biggest Flair fan but I have respect for him. Just one gimmick I didn't like. The red and yellow Hulkster. I thought it wasn't good to bring him back in the late 90s. I think the Hulkster is more late 80s and early 90s. I think Hollywood is late 90s and now. Well, it looks like I have to go for Hogan cause I just hate Jeff Jarret right down to the bone. It's been awhile since I have gone for Hogan, but it's coming back some. I guess he can get one more World Title before his career ends. So far I'd say he has had a great career.

'Big Surprise' and Goldberg
I don't really think Goldberg with a heel turn will change the face of wrestling. How is that going to make Vince Mac worry. Cause it won't. They better come up with a real Big Surprise within the next week or they will be in trouble cause if they don't they will lose viewers. But I won't stop watching WCW until Sting quits. But it will be hard if WCW can't get any better. I don't watch WWF, but I know what's going on. I think if WCW tries hard enough they can beat WWF in the ratings. They did back when Sting was fueding with the nWo, so maybe they should try it again. Except Sting doesn't do the rafters thing. Now I'm not the biggest Goldberg fan. There's one thing I don't get. Why he has gotten everything handed to him on a silver platter. Yeah, he came into WCW he is in for half a year, and gets a US Title shot and wins it. Gets a World Title shot and wins it. But he has really only got screwed out of one match. Agaisnt Bret Hart at Starrcade 99. But then people like Hall, and Sting, and Nash continuly get screwed out of matches. Oh well. Now Goldberg as a heel. If you misses Great American Bash and the Nitro after it you wouldn't believe me if I do you. Like I said I don't think it will change the landscape of wrestling, but it MIGHT help WCW alittle. I may not be a big Goldberg fan but from what I have seen of him so far as a heel, has been great. He cut down the fans and everything. I think if Goldberg can keep up the work he will be on of the best and biggest heels in WCW. But, I'd say Scott Steiner has been the best heel ever in WCW history. The guy can really make you hate him. I saw that and started to like him after he came back from his suspension. I think a Scott Steiner/Goldberg fued would be great for Goldberg to work himself as a heel, and help Scott Steiner become a major babyface.

I hear Goldberg is great with the fans, but I have never met him so I would have to assume it's true. All I have to say is Goldberg keep up the work, cause it looks like he can be a better heel than a babyface.

Women of WCW
I have to say I'm glad that some of the Women of WCW are getting storylines. If you can't tell by now I'm a guy so go figure. Miss Hancock/Kimberly is the best storylines women of WCW are getting I think. But it could come to an end. Cause it looks like Kimberly quit or is near of quiting WCW. I guess I can say good bye to a storyline that was accualty working. But if Kimberly hasn't quit I hope it can keep going on. Well as they are showing on Thunder it looks like Daffeny is taking Kimberly's spot.

Kronic
As far as I'm concerned they are still the Tag Team Champions. Oh yeah I forgot, as far as I'm concerned Sting is the World Heavyweight Champion, cause he beat Jarret two weeks ago on Nitro. I mean how stupid is winning the Tag Team Titles by a DQ? That sounds alittle stupid to me. I also like their new entrance. With the green lights, it looks awesome. I think they are one of the best Tag Teams I have ever seen. Now a match I that would be one of the best Tag Team matches would be Kronic vs Outsiders (Scott Hall and Kevin Nash). That would be an awesome match cause I like all four of the guys. Hopefully when Hall comes back that match will happen. That's if Hall doesn't turn on Nash. I think Hall and Nash are better as a team, not fighting each other. Well I hope Kronic beats the crap out of Perfect Shawn and Chuck "Luger Wannabe" Pulumbo. Just because I said Luger wannabe doesn't mean I'm a big Luger fan. Yeah, I used to like him. I stopped liking him when he turned Sting heel. He got kinda boring then, and then the breaking arms angle got completly boring cause thats all he did. Well all I can say about Kronic is I know they will get the Tag Team Titles back someday. But am I the only one being completly annoyed by the Cat with him repeating everything Bishoff says? I don't think I am. And now he is the Commissioner? WCW never does learn do they.

Ric Flair's Career
Well it looks like a great career has gone to an end. I'm not a big Flair fan but I respect the guy. I say he is a heel better than a face. Like Scott Steiner he makes you hate him. And I used to hate Flair back when Sting beat him to be WCW Prez. That was a great match, one of the favorites. And I respect Flair too cause he helped some guys get put on the map like Sting for example. Cause he put Sting on the map at Clash of the Champions 88 I think. Flair you had a great career but it's time to hang up the boots. I hear the reason he decided to quit on Nitro cause he is having back surgrey in ten days and it could end his career. If it doesn't it looks like he has alittle more time.

Well that's all I have to say, until next time. Later.

Enjoy your stay, and thanks for visiting!
